Microsoft 365 for your company: migration, setup, ongoing support
I move your email and files to Microsoft 365, set up the tenant and keep running it: users, licences, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive. Remotely, with any infrastructure.
When you need this
- Email lives in Google Workspace or at a hosting provider and the company is moving to Microsoft.
- A contractor set up the tenant years ago and nobody knows what is configured.
- More licences than people, and the bill keeps growing.
- An employee left and their mail and files disappeared together with the account.
- There is no single person responsible for Microsoft 365 whom you can write to.
Migration from Google Workspace or another tenant
First an inventory: mailboxes, groups, shared drives, domains, services that send mail on behalf of the company. Then a plan and a test migration on a few accounts.
Then mail, calendars, contacts and files are migrated. The domain switches to Microsoft 365 at an agreed moment, usually in the evening or at the weekend, and staff get a short sign-in guide. The old system stays readable until everyone has confirmed nothing is missing.
Ongoing support
- Onboarding: account, licence, groups, mailbox, device. Offboarding without data loss: mail and files go to the manager, access is closed the same day.
- Licences: what is actually used, what can go, when the renewal is and what it will cost.
- Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive: structure, permissions, shared mailboxes, external access.
- Recovering deleted mail and files, document versions, backups.
- Answering staff questions: why it won't open, how to share, where to find it.
What you get
One responsible person you can write to. A clear picture of the tenant: who is there, who has what, what you pay for. Licence bills without the surplus.
Questions and answers
How long does a migration take?
It depends on the volume of mail and files. Preparation and the test run usually take longer than the switch itself, which I do in the evening or at the weekend so that staff simply sign in with the new address in the morning.
Will mail or files be lost?
No. The old system stays readable until the check is complete, and the migration produces a report for every mailbox.
Do you need to be on site?
No, everything is done remotely. I need admin access to the tenant and to the old system.
Do you only work with Microsoft 365?
Microsoft is the main stack, but I know Google Workspace too: I migrate in both directions and can support it.
Tell me where you are now: where your mail lives, roughly how many people, and what you want to change. I'll reply and suggest where to start.
